Next Classes: May 5th and May 19th
Yoga is for everyone! Join Megan Bianco for a gentle yoga practice that you can do seated in a chair on the 1st & 3rd Monday of the Month from 1pm-2pm. This 60 minute class incorporates grounding exercises, pranayama (breath work), mindful movement and an extended guided meditation. Ideal for students with any physical limitation. This class is filled with adaptive and accommodating postures for all skill levels and body types.
Megan is donating her time to teach these classes. These classes are free but we ask that you give a monetary donation if you can.
Registration is not required.
