Chair Yoga Classes Held on the 1st & 3rd Monday of the Month from 2PM-3PM

Yoga is for everyone! Join Megan Bianco of Blue Awning Yoga & Wellness for a gentle yoga practice that you can do seated in a chair on the 1st & 3rd Monday of the Month from 2pm-3pm. This 60 minute class incorporates grounding exercises, pranayama (breath work), mindful movement and an extended guided meditation. Ideal for students with any physical limitation. This class is filled with adaptive and accommodating postures for all skill levels and body types.

These classes are FREE due to a donor.

Registration is appreciated but not required.
